Greenfield payment platform

Context

A marketplace needed to collect across several rails with no existing payment infrastructure. The job was not to assemble SDKs: it needed a system that could hold settlement, reconciliation and scale.

Approach

We designed orchestration, ledger and integration as one product. Idempotency, webhooks and observability were not bolted on later: they were in the first increment shipped.
